Win7VS WIP 'Volante Forte'

This is the current state of a VS i decided to make, when I was using the Crescendo Theme, but wanted a more blue version.

So I decided to mix Crescendo with the default Windows 7 theme.

Yes, I know it's another Vs with many stolen resources and many resources left default and has nothing special, which has appeared so far.

However. Just wanted to upload the current state.

And Important, I really dont like the Name at all - I wanted to give it a special name, but it turned out to be cruel - any suggestions (except sarcastic one's) are pleased to hear.

BTW I havent asked to be allowed to use the resources from Crescendo and I dont feel like I will get permission for it so it will be NFR.
